Before Course Start Date:
- If you cancel your enrollment more than 7 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
- If you cancel your enrollment between 3 and 7 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
- If you cancel your enrollment less than 7 days before the course start date, you are not eligible for a refund.
After Course Start Date:
- Once a course has started, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may consider exceptions in extenuating circumstances. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your situation.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of your cancellation request and will be credited back to the original payment method used during enrollment. Please note that the exact processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

EMI Payments

If you enrolled in a course using our EMI (Equated Monthly Installments) payment option, the refund process may be subject to the terms and conditions of your bank or financial institution. Please contact your bank for specific details on EMI refund processing.
